It's been done. But basically, "anything can be done with enough money". It's not too reliable, and doesnt really yeild any better gains than a regular H22, and is probably cheaper to build. Go with the full H22 swap if your even thinking about it.
go buy a F20B from a JDM Accord SiR-T....VTEC, DOHC, 190hp....if you want more torque, stroke to 2.2 using the crankshaft, pistons, connecting rod, and other goodies...my two cents.
if u want only the h22 longblock they sell those...but basically u need a lot of money to do all these things that are rare and havent been done too often
