Ok i know the difference between LSD and non-LSD but my question is, what is the power difference? is it really noticable or am i wasting my time changing over?

it does not increase power at all.

but it will help your traction though.

in a straight line unless u are making a lot of power, both wheels will spin on an H22. Where it really helps is the turns. Without one the inside wheel will spin if you gun it, with on, the outer wheel will grip and send you flying through the turn.
