Anyone know about the H22 Type R engine from the Accord Type R???

I think it's exclusive to Europe...and it pulls 220 or more with only the head being different from an H22A1 [USDM Lude Vtec, 92-96].

I was wondering if any lude ppl are familiar with it, or kno if its capable of a head swap into a USDM H22A1, ideally into my 96 Vtec.

There are two kind of ATR: the Euro Type R from Japan and the original Type R in Europe. The Euro Type R uses the same engine from a Prelude Type S but with a single stage intake manifold and have about 217hp. The ATR in Europe is similiar to the Euro Type but with about 209hp. Both engines have a 45 degree valve seats, ported & polished cylinder heads, high lift cams, 11:1 compression, other misc. goodies.
