Okay, H22a us spec produces about 190hp right? the H23 about 160. What would it take to get the h23 up to par with the h22a w/o a turbo kit?
I know it probably would cost about as much to just go ahead and get the h22a in the first place.

Nevertheless, I have a 94 ex. Would it even be worth it to go from v-tec to a non-vtec swap?

for the H23 i would suggest cams and headwork, maybe something like a gude head package would get you there. cost would be like $1000-1500 though.
and you would also lose the low end of the h22a, but the peak would be as good if not better than an h22a depending on the cams.

Thanks, was mad curious

I wonder if a bolt on turbo kit from f-max or drag would fit in an accord w/ the h23 swap?
