I'm having a problem with my 2011 Honda Civic and was hoping you could all assist me figure out what's wrong before I take it to the shop. I believe I have a solid understanding of autos, but I could use all the assistance I can get.

It could be a coincidence, but the cold weather has arrived. My vehicle is having difficulty starting. Because I live in the South, "cold" is a relative term.

I believed my battery was going bad at first, so I put a battery tester on it. When it was turned off, it showed 11 volts, but when it was turned on, it drew 14-15 volts. As a result, I assumed the alternator was in fine working order and the battery was steadily depleting. Yesterday I went to get a new battery and It did the same thing this morning. It doesn't seem like it wants to turn over with the key. I'll quit trying to crank it, wait a few seconds, and then try again. This could take up to two tries.

What will be my next course of action? Is it possible to test only the starter? - IP and Router, Modem Login Details
