i know that with me in my car it weighs 3760 lbs and a hatch i would hope weighs at least 500 lbs less then my car so i would gather to say a hatch is a bit less

subway has 6 subs with less than six grams of fat....

hey now i am not big at all well not fat i am 6'2" 220 not fat by any means my car is 2500 alone give or take with the new motor and all but yeah it isnt super light or super heavy just right for me

the 6th gen hatchs are between 2300-2400lbs, the coupes are around 2400-2600. so yes, they're similar, but no way in hell is it 3000lbs

if the car is 2560 to start... you're 220... okay... so like lets just say 2800 right there........ that's 950 extra pounds.... so either you have a ton of work in that car and replaced some stuff with lead-fiber instead of carbon fiber......... or....... your math may be wrong... or maybe mine.. anyone else?

hatches are lighter, there is no denying that.

I've got an EX, and now since I've had the car a while I realize I could live without the power sunroof, power windows, power locks, power steering, AC, sound deadening material, carpet, spare tire and jack, rear seats--Hell, passenger seat for that matter, all to save a few pounds, Yeah, then I'd be able to hang with the HB's.....I'm sure my g/f wouldn't mind riding with me sitting on a bare metal floorboard wearing shorts on a humid mid-July day with no AC as I crawl through bumper to bumper traffic.
