I was wondering how much of a gain I could expect with headwork done to a b16a3? Also will the head work be smog legal? I know there are different stages. How far can I go and be smog legal. I live in California. Would a b16a3 powered 92 civic dx hatchback be able to get into the 13s with i/h/e/tb/cat/wires/plugs and headwork, and still be smog legal?? Damn so many questions.
