I'll be hitting the Honda/Acura wrecking yards looking for some misc. parts and if the Type-S header will fita C27block, I may give it a try.

dont think it will fit the old school v6s tho..... as for 98-and above..i dont see a problem
I highly doubt that the J32A2 headers will fit the C27A. on the newer accords yeah. keep in mind the 98-02 Accord/CL/TL are all J series motors...while the 95-97 Accords has a C series motor... :D
Hehehe, uciaccordv6 our cars will be oldskool in a few months alos kaka..

tru dat
the cl-s headers are the same as the 6th gen v6 headers, so i doubt they will fit. if they did fit, then the 6th gen v6 comptech headers would fit as well.
6gen AccordV6 / TL / CL
header are all same =)

so as strut bar
sways bar

hmm alot of things......
if you are in need of headers for your car (C27A), go get your stock exhaust manifolds(headers) ported and polished. You will get better gains out of that than you will even if the CL-s headers would fit for your car.

do they make 5th generation accord V6 headers?

Sad but true. I wish i had the money then i would upgrade my car to the newest model every couple of year.

I guess it time for me to stop day dreaming and come back to reality that i will probably never be able to get a new car until 2010

No aftermarket headers whatsoever for the 5th Gen V6...
I'm new here, but I have a 95 accord V6 C27a and the headers that do work for the car are OBX-r off of a 1990 Acura legend, and you can also use the lightweight aluminum crank pulley of of a 1999 Acura CL, and you will get some gains(17hp on dyno), the reason I know this is because thats what I've used on my C27a.

good info and way to dig!:btu
Appreciate it, Ive had this piece-o-crap motor for a long time and have done a ton of research on it. The next step to mine is to swap c32 heads from the NSX motor on to it, but there is a little bit of fabrication of the intake manifold, as in making your own gasket set for it and also shaving the sides of the intake manifold down around a .25 in.
thanks for posting this info the funny thing is i bought an aem short ram cold air intake for a 1998-2002 accord v6 and it fit perfectly
and those headers from the 1990 legend look almost identical to the headers from the 98-02 accord v6 which are the same as the 2002-03 tl / cl type s
how did you find a cat back to fit though did you have to make any adjustments ??
and what else will fit im lookin for a fuel rail and a throttle body and the spacer ?
i think it will fit im just scared to make a few hundred dollar mistake

the pulley from the 99 acura cl fits the 98-02 accord v6 also which are both j30's so i think they will fit our c27a the only thing that may happen is the headers may not fit snug becuase the j30 has a few more cubic inches than the c27a if you have a few hundred bucks to spend then its worth the try but this is the question ive been dying to find the answer to not even mechanics know let me know what happens bro
