trying to do a head light install. 98' accord. theres one bolt near the turn blinker that i can't get to. do i need to take off the bumper for this job?
I did it even without good tools....Just pain the but.
For 6th gen, there are bolts that you need to unscrew.
You need to take the bumper off. (not hard at all)
Two bolts right below the headlight and one by the side.
yeah i think you do have to take bumper off....
i really hate it how they make disassemle the whole car to take somethink small off like lights or gauge cluster...these guys really suck at designing cars when it comes to these things
thats probably because most engineers and designers instead of studying were partying in college ...and damn i cannot blame them for that
take off your stock bumpers if i remember right.... 4dr has about 8 clips on the bumper and coupes has 6 clips on the bumper then use the 12mm to loosen the head light screws, 4 screws each...
hope that helps
