I try to intall a leather interior kit for my car but I couldn't remove this part from the seat. It's the part # 10 in the pic. It a seat from a 2000 accord sedan.

Sorry, I personally havnt done seat covers, but I could take a guess from looking at the pic. It looks like on the right side there is some kind of screw, or type of piece that holds it in. If I remember tomorrow, I will go look at my seat and see if I can figure anything out.

just unscrew the screw under the plastic slides to hold the head rest, then use a flat screw drive to pull the plastic piece up evenly, because the 2 legs is sitting right on that whole of your seat.

OK, I got it. I got the bastard out. The trick is to pull it out evenly with some kind of leaverage. Just like what JTEVO2Accord says. Thanks JTEVO2Accord and 95accord22.
