just go on eBay and computer parts (I think) and type in USB cable, I think you have to find something called USB A to USB B cable, a male to male cable. Someone clarify on this if you can.

That' doesn't look like any kind of standard USB connection I've seen. What's the device that your holding? Start with the manufacturer of that device and work from there.
