Alrighty so i changed out my alternator and i started my car and drove it around the block. When i was driving it it would start to sputter and then lurched forward then back to normal. I dont knwo what to do.. Someone please help me

if the battery is completely dead charging will do nothing. have the battery tested and go from there

i took it in and the battery tested fine. full charge... it drives like shit. it sputters and lurches i have to rev the engine to try to get it not to do it.. could it be something else

Sounds like maybe its a fuel issue not electrical. Trying swapping relays.

check the key. if you have a key fob or transponder key, sometimes when the battery is dead you may need to reprogram the key to start the vehicle.
