Anywho, I'm going to skip a big lecture and just assume everything was done right, and the setup was properly tuned.
Having said that, it's more than likely you are hitting the boost cut in your tune. Have your tune parameters reset. If your boost cut is set properly, you may just be encountering dangerous boost levels because of a faulty wastegate, or incorrectly set boost controller.
If it only happens some of the time, it's probably boost spike from a similar issue as stated above.
