could be anything. Check your radiator hoses and make sure there's no leaks. Oil pressure? check that. Fuel system? If it idles up and down, i'm pretty sure it's the hoes or you are not getting enough oil pressure.

hi guys my friend and i just finish wiring my 95 h22a in my accord but im having problems with the idle sometimes it goes up and down and it stops another thing that im having problems is when i take off very fast it chokes up but if i take off slowly is fine.please guys help this is the only thing i need for i can race a camry 5 speed v6 again guys please help me out.

yeah anytime. but was it what I said?
could be vacumn hoses leaking, leaking egr valve, clogged air filter, fuel pump not delivering sufficient fuel to injectors, leaking head gasket, timming belt worn or pullys worn, camshafts lobes worn, low fuel pressure, cracked distributor cap, impoper timming adjustment, spark plugs, warn spark wires, sparks not gapped.
it can be any one of those. those are some things to look at. it may be ur ecu trippin out as well. www.hondata.com they have charts on compadable ecu's for differnt cars.
yea man its hard to say. i say check ur vacumn hoses first. then do ur timming and re-check everything. its not uncommon to have problems in a swap. tell me how it turns out
