well its called a ground loop. when there is 2 or more high frequency amps hooked to the same ground. the frequencies run with the engine. you can go to your local car stereo shop and get a "ground loop isolator" it just hooks right up to your amp. easy to install. they are like 20 bucks. you can get them at wal mart too, but they arent as good quality.
Run you RCA wires seperate, in split loom tubing, away from everything else. This should solve your problem. I had this problem with only 1 amp running a full range box before. I had my RCAs running down the left side of my center console, while on the left side was the power cable and remote wires. That setup with a Radio Shack ground loop isolator worked well.
