i agree...

it is unwise to waste your money on a Prelude engine to make it 700 whp anyways...you can get much cheaper upgrades for a Supra's TT engine or RX-7..

yeah 700hp is a little too much. it will require slicks to actually move.

Alright, how about this question instead?

What's the highest HP dynoed and recorded for any prelude?
highest for a prelude or prelude engine?

I have seen a 5th gen with 386 wheel HP as a daily driver. Running I think like 12 PSI with a max limit of 24 PSI I think it was a while ago so I am not 100% sure. I am sure it is not the most but it sure is a hell of a lot.

as far as being a wise investment, a chevy 350 is way better than an rx7 or supra or anything. this sport isn't necesarrily for wise investments. it is to do something unique and fun. Imports aren't exactly cheap speed cars.

V8's are the best engine's to modify....cause they are cheap to modify compared to supra's and rx7's.

I have a clip of a 350 camaro...running low 9's...mid 9's N/A...8's one's with soo much hp they can't go straight...they just wheelie.
