when you say Hondata stage 2 with everything, do you mean including the ECU that they "chipped" to use their system??

or is this just the system itself and needs an ECU to connect to and function?

it does not come with the ECU. it comes with the interface box, interface cable, and the Hondata software CD. you would need an OBD1 ECU and an OBD2 - OBD1 converter harness if you have a 96+ car.
