Hood clearance with 5th gen hatch?

I keep hearing this over and over and would like to know what the deal with the hood clearance issue is with b-series motors in 5th gens. Also is there any rewelding of motor mounts for this swap in a 5th gen...

Ok i'm retarded and kept hitting the 5 instead of 4 so to correct myself...this pertains to 4th gen Civic Hatches...years 88-91
