WELL IF YOU HAVENT GOT THE HEAD YET I WOULD SUGGEST DOING WHAT IM DOING.
I AM SWAPPING MY Y7 HEAD W/ A Y5 ITS THE ONLY ROLLED HEAD THAT HONDA MADE AND YOU CAN BOOST IT PRETTY HIGH WITHOUT DOING INTERNAL WORK.
IF YOU LOOK AROUND YOU CAN FIND THE ENTIRE ENGINE FOR LIKE 500 BUCKS ITS A WELL KEPT SECRET
D16Y5 VTEC-E 98 EX (WELL SOME EX'S HAVE IT SO LOOK HARD)
8 psi had to adjust the internal wastgate on the greddy
as soon as i swap heads and pistons i plan to boost around 18 psi
as far as the head swap it shouldnt be to difficult you'll need the ecu for the new head and a new throttle body...good luck
D16 BLOCK IS A D16 BLOCK YOU SHOULDNT NEED TO MOD THE ENGINE OTHER THAN SWAPPING THE HEAD. BUT MAKE SURE BUT I THINK THAT 94 EX IS ODB1 AND 97 EX IS ODB2 SO YOU MAY GET A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAUSE YOULL ONLY HAVE 1 02 SENSOR
