I have all my pictures on Lycos. but they are too big when I post them on sho. I have photoshop, and made them smaller by clicking image and then I resized them.

Well they are smaller, but no longer jpegs so Lycos won't let me upload them.

What do I do to make them Jpegs again?

Go "Save As..."
Then in the Format menu, choose JPEG.
Or, you could also go File>Save For Web
and save that way...

Choose "Image size" under one of the menu and resize it. You can choose constant proportion or not too.
