how fast will my car be

i have a 90 accord lx 5 speed with 166k miles. i was wondering how fast my car will run 1/4 times with a good driver behind the wheel and cold air intake, header, and greddy cat back exhaust. would the times be faster or slower with 17" rims? thank you very much honda lovers!

bigger rims will slow u down.... u should be low 16's with a good driver

My friend ran a 16.5 with his 91 4 dr 5 spd. he had 188k on his motor, and had intake/exhaust. And yes, the 17's will slow you down.
