how many shots?

i got a accord with i/h/e how big of a shot can i start off with?

IMO you should always start low and work your way up. get colder plugs and start with a 55 shot

whatever shot you end up going with just make sure you turn up your fuel pressure to throw enough fuel at it so you don't run too lean.
