Okay, I searched high and low for this on multipul forums and web sites. I would like to know if any one has ever resleeved their own block or knows where to find some info on it? I am picking up a B20B block for $30 but it has 2 cracked sleeves. I know I can just get it re-sleeved some ware for about $800, but I would like to try and do it my self and put some 85-86 mm golden eagle sleeves in it. Any info would be much apreciated.

You CANT do it yourself except you have a machine shop!
Golden eagle sleeve are good sleeve because the coolant can flow on the top of the sleeve. You have to bore out the sleeve and you have to put the new one (press fit)!
