what all work needs to be done to switch a f23 head to a h22 head just wondering the steps to take for a 2002

not that i personally can help u, but just to clarify, ur wanting to put the h22 head on the f23 block, right?

This forum thread has a couple links in it as well be sure to check them out too. Its a lot of work but if you have access to machine shop tools and such its a cake walk as directions have been laid before your feet.

Head swap pictures and extensive help via google. I say this cuz I never did a head swap on an H series. Just make sure to get things like head gasket and timing belt for the head code, not block code
