i want to get a motor swap but i wanted to know if anyone knows how to tell what year motor you are getting....is it engraved on the motor itself? where do i look? thanks

It says it right next to the headers. Like right where the headers bolt on to your head. I think there was like 3 or 4 numbers. Youll know which one it is.

i think it may be labeled on the belt cover on the side of the engine as well...
