After much deliberation, I've made up my mind. I need either a stock HF or HF or Si with a b16 or a mini-me swapped in. I think in the long run I need to value gas mileage more than power. But power's still pretty important too. If anybody is looking to sell a REX that fits these specs within like 300 miles of the Detroit area of Michigan, PM me and I'll take a gander at whatever you've got to sell. My price range is up to like $3000. THANKS!!
