I've been having weird idle problems for quite some time now. When i rev the car up and let the revs fall, it will drop below 700 and the car will want to stall. then it climbs back up slowly and sits nice at 900. When i am driving and push the clutch in to coast, the idle drops again and stays low unless i come to a stop. The lights dim until it creeps back to normal rev. Battery and alternator were tested and they are both fine. all engine grounds have been upgraded to 1/0 cable and the positive from the battery too

Sounds like a vacuum leak, and the slow creeping is the idle air control compensating for the leak. There is a sticky for this too, with other things you should look at as well.

1.check your tps voltage. it should be between 0.45v to 0.50v.
2.check your idle valve controller. you can to adjust the allen key plug under the unit to compensate for idle air.
