Hey i have a problem with my civic revving up and down, it does it once the car warms up, i took it to a mechanic and was told it was the brake booster, it was replaced, it stopped, but the check engine soon light came on, now when the light goes off it revs crazy again. When its on it doesnt do it. I took it to a different mechanic and was told it was the Idle Control Sensor. Went to the honda dealership and asked for one they told me there was no such part, its either a "Fast Idle Solenoid" or a "Electronic Air Control" im clueless, any help is appreciated.

Im close to swapping my engine for a B16, i saw that it said "comes with all sensors necessary? if i got a new motor will it come with a idle control sensor or is it something different and needs to be replaced no matter what the engine?
