Ive got a 96 Integra GS-R;
If i let the car sit for many hours (over night, an entire school day), i come back and start my car, the car idles at like 1500 rpm!, then when the engine heats up a bit it goes back down to where it usualy idles at (~ 750 rpm, give or take).. This only happens when the engine is cold, if i leave it 1-2 hours, come back and start it, it idles normally.. but if i let it sit for a long time, it idles funny..
Any ideas on what the problem could be? Any help is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Alex

problem? i see no problem. when the engine is cold it should idle fast until it warms up. it's just part of the normal process. don't worry, be happy it works right.

OK sorry, its just that this has only started happening over the last week.. Before it idled a bit higher when it was cold, but not up to 1500 or 1600..
