werd...to many peeps regret clearing out there own lights because they have to pay an arm and a leg for new ones when they're selling their car or returning their car to the leasing agency...... honestly, buy some aftermarkets..cuz it aint worth it in the end.....

if your car is leased, then definitely buy some aftermarket ones, because new OEM ones cost an assload. if you own your car, then you could try it if you want, but you might mess up and then have to spend the money on aftermarket ones anyway. so if i were you, i'd just buy the aftermarket ones. you can get em for like $100 off ebay.

You can install them yourself. You can clear them yourself too. Paint them red while your at it to match your car color. You'll learn a lot more about the body of your car if you work on it yourself.

JrZyHuStLa, when you buy aftermarket headlights, they are not only cleared but have black housings as well. As for installation, it can easily be a DIY job. But also consider what you are going/have put in your car, if your car has a bodykit, lowered w/ rims then I would probably keep the stock w/ orange strip (daily driving) b/c your car will attract a lot of cops and they can give you a ticket for not having the proper strip/bulbs.
