It is the fan switch (I think its also called the coolant temp sensor) and it is located on the thermostat housing. I replaced mine two weeks ago, and it was $40 through Honda. Try a local autoparts store first, since its not like the Honda ones are high quality.

On my Integra, the sensor is on the top hose, where the thermostat is. The sensor has a wire plugging into it, so you cant miss it.
