i have a '94 civic coupe 5spd 1.6l vtec...everything i have in it is stock..i want to put a new air intake and change the header and intake manifold...can anyone give me exp with what would be a good brand to get and how much???

DC sport headers
GREDDY EVO exhaust

check out land speed racing out of arizona (back of the mags) they've got power packages like those
