i dunno, but someone should make a vfaq for hondas and acuras... they would help out so much....

the aem instructions really suck on their pulleys.
their not too tough but you need an impact. the pump and alternator must be removed from the motor. after that just impact off the center bolt while holding the pulley(dont worry it doesnt spin with light pressure applied). installation is reverse and both use standard lefty loosey threads.

Tuan,You said, "the stock cams have holes you can place a screwdriver or dowel through to lock them at TDC " do you have any pics of the cam holes? I have a helms but i don't recall them saying anything about holding the cams in place.

There are 4 large holes in the cam sprocket. When you have the cams at TDC you just stick a large screwdriver in one of the holes to keep it from rotating so you can remove the bolt. Then you can pull off the sprocket, and remove the woodruff key.
