just unbolt the shrout and the radiator, drain all the antifreeze out of it and remove all the hoses,make sure you unbolt the battery.pull it out and put the new one in it's that simple,i could do it in about 30-45 mins.don't put all antifreeze in it put 50/50\

forgot something how many miles does it have on the car,if a lot i would go ahead and put new hoses on it

i would, honda recommends changing them every 50 th. or so and you all ready have the old one out. it will save you the head ache later on
