my friend who has a crx said that installing the rear springs on a car is abitch... i will be installing the springs on a 2001 accord 2 dr lx. And i was wondering if there is any difference in the front install vs the back.

also... with neuspeed sport springs, is it necessary to cut the bumpstops?

cut the bumpstops to 1/3 of the origional size.

in general the rears are tougher to install. It deals with getting them out...if you have the special tool it should be cake...forget what its called again...something puller??

went smooth as butter.

The installation was very straight forward... the only hard thing was getting the spring and the upper mount posistiopn just so so that the bolt pattern would line up correctly... i'll have pix up soon...

1) removed all struts
2) scammed spring compresser from checker
3) used ghetto spring compressor to remove 1 spring
4) took forever
5) used other car to drive to brake masters where they removed all springs and replaced with neuspeed sports
6) installed struts back into car

including 1 hour break + time to drive to brake masters + screw around time.... took about 5 hours to install

thanks for all your help guys.
