Intake Manifold

Anyone knows where I could get an intake manifold? How much does it cost? and does it offer great hp gains? Also where can I purchase blue gauges for my civic?

depends if it is a stock one or an aftermarket one. 5-20 hp.

Now on intake manifolds is it just a nice upgrade or would be recommended to put in after NOS??

It is an intake manifod for a 99 si B16a2 engine. I was told that I could put a Gsr integra intake manifold for 100 dollares cheaper and the power would be the same. Is that true?
