i bought the AEM because i think to some degree, you get what you pay for. don't let people tell you it's just a pipe and a filter. AEM designs the bends in the pipe to create a resonance to maximize midrange power.Tegski190 said:Is it important to buy the AEM, or will a cheap knock off do the trick
i believe i read somewhere that Injen was created by former AEM employees... i would include them among the quality brands.skinien said:I agree...I think that the way it is engineered is important. I have heard many people say that the AEM is best for the integ but I bought a cold air Injen for $50.00 off my friend and it is pretty good. Around 3000 RPM you can really start to hear the air being sucked in.
sport compact car did a test where they submerged the filter in a fish tank while hooked up to an NSX. the bypass valve prevented any water from entering the engine. check it out (i updated the link with the complete article):junglistgsr said:that thing AEM makes is crap and i dont believe it'll work. it just sucks down your dyno numbers.
When sideshow bob tries to kill bart, and they live on a houseboat. And homer is walking around wearing a witness protection program t-shirt. Very funny episode.skinien said:you ever seen the Simpsons where they are in the witness protection program and they try to teach Homer to go by Homer Thompson?
