im planning to run 8-9psi on a d16z6 with crower rods and j&e pistons comp 9:1:1, i have all this stuff already. but before i put the motor together i wanna know if p&p is a good idea.9i know ytou get all your power from the head, but will i gain much from a p&p with a jrsc?

I always saw a P&P was the last thing people did to their car if they were going NA and wanted to squeeze the last bit of juice out of it.
