I want to keep my car cuz I love accords.Sometimes I want to trade it in for a 5-speed 240 sx. I am planning on dropping a H22 in there in a few years and it would be a total waste if I dropped it in with and auto.tranny"ya feel me" I want to do the tranny swap before I drop the H22 in there.Please give me some help and some suggestions thanx.

P.S. And if anyone has done this procedure please tell me if it works just like it would coming out of the factory or if it has some problems.

I don't think it's worth it to do the tranny alone if you're not the monkey wrench that's gonna do it. It's way easier to do it at the same time as the engine swap. Most places will only tack on an extra $500 and parts if you do it with the swap. Otherwise you're gonna be looking at about $800-$1000 labor and parts.
