i was washing my car 2day and then i saw real small bubbles and heard a buzzing noise from my tire
where the tire meets the rim

That might not necessarily mean a hole, but that it is not sealed properly around the rim, you can have it looked at and ask them what they think but you probably just need to take the tire off and seal it back up. Although, not intirely sure, hope that helps!

its the inner wall of the rim where it meets the tire. i forgot what it is called but in some cases those go bad...usually what companies do is replace it with a new one..im not sure if u can repair it urself..yet i dont doubt it

i might have to get the rim resealed how much will this be at discount tire or something

Not to sure about the cost where you live, but it shouldn't be anymore then 10 bucks.
