is it true that you need to get a wheel alignment everytime i adjust my coilovers?

if you raise or lower them you do. You should put them in the lowest setting, get an alignment, mark on the coilovers where they were set, then get it again later on in the highest you use, and to the same.

you never really HAVE to do maintenance like this, unless of course you want everything to work properly... my advice is to get frequent alignments (you need them if you are running things like this more often)

when you lower your car your tires arent in direct contact with the road anymore and it causes the insides of your tires to wear more. A camber kit puts all the tires equally back on the road and eliminates the bad tire wear.

which kit?

i bought some no namers off ebay, said they would do +/- 3 degrees, POS wont do any negative only +3 so i'm running at 0 degrees, really crappy on turn in now, scares the squirts out of me sometimes, but i've got my tires to last way longer than usual :number1
