I've been thinkin about getting an ITR manifold and boring my TB to match it.

I was wondering if it will be carb legal with a b16a3? Would they even notice?

I'm in Ashland, Oregon and we are all green hippy people here.

In 1 year Imma get smogged and we use Cali laws....

I think I'll do it anyway though....of course I could do a skunk2 manifold that is carb legal.

Which do you think is better? Skunk2 or ITR? I'm going turbo later ....

n/m, just looked at the application chart, and says nothing about a b16. only sohc.
between the skunk and itr, they are pretty much the same thing, i would go with whatever you can get for a better price

Why would a intake manifold not pass carb? Sorry about jacking your thread, but here in Utah as long your blinkers, wipers and horn work you pass. Never seen a hood poped for emissions.
