Read a lot on the board that only the intake cam gives plenty of power....which one should I pick that will produce better power??????(I have I/H/E,FPR,Sprokets)

I think u have to get a ctr intake cam. I dont think the itr cam willl fit on a b16.

CTR intake cam...it has 3degrees more duration when compared to an ITR

Almost all of the B series parts are interchangeable, but JAYMAN320 is right, the CTR intake cam has 3 degrees more duration than the ITR cam. The exhaust cams are the same.

All of the Engine parts of the B18c5 are compatible with a b16a or a b18c...

in case of the intake manifold the R manifold will not bolt on into a Gsr head but in the SI head will work!

regarding your sig about the wrx's ive seen that ad too, but there is a flaw, if it didnt have 4 wheel drive it wouldnt of gotten that 0-60, hahaha
