I want to buy a JDM engine (b18c1) but not sure if it will pass emissions. I just want to be filled in on this subject. The engine will go in a 92-95 hatch.
I plan to build up the b18c1 with forged pistons, rings, etc... Then stick in a Revhard turbo or a DRAG turbo. These kits claims "street legal" however no mention of emissions legal. Need more information on this. Thanks in advance!!!
