I think there is a B18c with an auto. I read it on Honda Society.
Then that my friend is NOT a GS-R. The B18B is a LS motor which comes in automatic. GS-R's only come in manual.
ive got a 94 jdm b18c...gsr, whatever. right now shes held captive of the machine shop...
the difference between the jdm and us is the c/r us-10.2:1..jdm 10.6:1...ive got pistons and rods for sale out of that motor!
the only auto vtec integra is the special edition one.
IntegraRacer7

The 96 Integra Special Edition is basically a LS with leather seats.
The model gave way for the GS, which is a still a LS motor B18b.
The Special Edition is NOT a vtec motor.

I love it when people guess and put up wrong info...but that's the web for you...some people don't give a shit what they post and pull crap out of their ass....
yeah, it's great when people dont know what they are talkin about
Yeah when did my Special Edition sprout VTEC? Trust me I have an auto SE and she definately isnt VTEC.
that whole auto GSR shit is fishy

yeah whoever said that the SE was a VTEC needs to get out..no i mean it get out.
naw dawg just messing w/ you.

anyway when i was living in CT i new this guy who said he had VTEC in his 4 door. but then i noticed it was automatic and that's when the i started waving my bull shit flag.

then he popped the hood. sure enough B18C stamped right on that block. turns out ole boy bought is shit in Canada. i guess the gauge cluster that reads only in KM should have gave it away.
Actually there is a Auto DOHC VTEC motor up in canada. Ive seen it for myself but I dunno what model of the integ is it from or whats it called in canada. Just pretty cool to see one.
See, I knoe what I am talking about. I thought it was BS at first too. Then I started to do some reading and asking around. It does really exist.
it's the automatic del sol vtec

Hey guys it's the USDM Del Sol VTEC, there was one offered with an auto tranny but it made 153 hp instead of 160 hp. That's the only B-series engine with vtec in auto form that I've ever heard of.

yes actually there are auto b18c's in japan, though they didn't bring them to the u.s.
There were auto tranny B16A's in JDM tegs, 89-90 OBD-0 I believe. Many importers offer auto tranny B16A's, but not many people buy them because auto's are not too popular.
AUTO GSRs are a Kentucky Fried Mouse. THEY DONT EXIST. Sorry but they just dont exist.
Where do u think I can get my hands on one of those?
I want one <drool>

go to KFC, drop a mouse you find in the corner into the frier...pull it out after its dead and chomp on it.
what ever..........

just to let you all know there is no such thing as a auto on a gsr unless you swap the tranny somehow wake up

i have a 94 GSR and i have been into these cars for a long time and never seen a auto

you don't live in japan, do you? that's probably why you haven't seen an auto 'gsr'. they do actually exist, just becuase 'you've been into tegs for such a long time w/o seeing an auto gsr' doesn't mean they don't exist.

and it's very easy to swap a manual gsr tranny for a auto ls tranny, or even a crv tranny for that matter.

and yes i know there's not such thing as a 'gsr' in japan, it's called 'sir' (coupe) and 'sig' (sedan).
