Does anyone have any idea where i could get a rebuild kit for a jdm h23.

its the same as the us h23a. so just look for the h23 rebuild kit however if the bore is out of round or has grooves your going to have to have it resleeved because you cant bore the H series sleeving. some can hone but it takes a good machine shop and very few can do it.
