JDM Integra Front Conversion

Does anyone know of a civic coupe with the JDM Integra front conversion done? I have seen civic hatches and integras with this conversion done but no coupes. I recently had a small accident that is requiring a new hood anyway so i was just looking at all my options...anyone know a cost? or how u think it would look?

thanx

The car in this thread has had a conversion. Doesn't look too bad. I am looking into one as well. I haven't done that much research on it yet though. Here is the link: http://www.superhonda.com/forum/showthread.php?s=&threadid=65147&highlight=pepsi+blue

Let me know if you find some place else with info.

That green Civic doesn't have a JDM front-end conversion. It has an Integra front-end conversion with Accord headlights.

Here are pictures of 5th Gen Civics with a JDM Integra front-end headlight conversion:

I'll see if I can find pics of a Civic with a full JDM front-end conversion.

Yes, I know. I never said it was.
cost:

$1500.oo(used)-$3000.oo+(new), not including additional costs on what material its made of (cheap-fiberglass, better quality- sheet metal)....and not including custom installation on coupes...

EDIT: not including HID kits (300-600 each)

I never said you did either...
cost around 3000 for OEM type r headlights, bumper, hood and fenders.

but u have to cut the fenders in half somewhere and mold the other half from ur civic fenders so that it would fit right with no gap

that may add to your cost a bit but its worth the extra money
my fave front end is definately Cwest JDM ITR.. so sweeeet...

arg as for that green car w/ the integ front end.. i don't kno how u guyz feel, but i HaTe conversions that leave a phat ass gap like that between the headlights and the hood.. it makes the headlights totally out of place and too low
I wonder if it's possible if no Type R radiator support was needed and just custom cut the hood and add the type R front headlight onto the 92-95 civic??

I think if you're just adding the headlights, it's a lot easier than doing a full front-end conversion. I don't know firsthand, so I'm just assuming... but I would imagine it wouldn't be too difficult.
I asked a local body shop of mines. They charge $1500 just to cut it. And to add the headlight. FUCK! hella xpensive.

it comes as a set. and its not as easy as it appears...you're getting the fenders, radiator support, bumper, hood, and headlights....why do you want to custom cut your stock parts, when it going to undergo a complete conversion...btw, its cheaper as a whole, instead of buying pieces individually

Then I guess it might be cheaper and easier to go with a full conversion... good luck.
