I think you should go with CTR on the intake side and leave your stock exhaust cam. The CTR cam has a a slightly larger V-TEC lobe profile then ITR cam there for when adjusting your cam gears you will extract more HP from CTR cam then a ITR cam. I've seen people just get CTR intake cam and leave the exhaust side alone and just tune the crap out of it. Hope this helps. Duce and be safe.
