Jordan to launch February 22nd 13 Feb 2002
Jordan is one of the final teams to announce their launch date for the 2002 season, which will take place on February 22nd at Brussels Airport.
The team have been testing their EJ12 in a plain yellow livery since the end of January, and recently announced that their launch would take place in the week of February 18th.
They also said the car would continue to be decked out in the yellow and black colours of current sponsors Benson & Hedges and Deutsche Post Worldnet.
The location of Brussels Airport would suggest that Benson & Hedges are not staying as title sponsor to the team, and it is possible that Deutsche Post Worldnet could take over this role, as their distribution centre and logistics brand, DHL, are both based at the launch location.
There has been no official confirmation from Jordan that this is the case, and no doubt all will be revealed on February 22nd.
