Don't even comapare the 2 with relation to chassis stiffness and rigidity.
I see your point but, you should see mine. Get a cage and you will more than make up for chassis sway without that bar which BTW is also combined with full caged cars for even More rigidity.
The bar is not close to the roof where the moonroof is. It is towqrd the rear of the car and assists in the rears twist and allows the Cars suspension to be used to it's fullest much like a Strut tower bar.
Why do you want this thing anyway?
Do you drive in a manner where you can actually tell that the car is twisting and affecting your times? Dollars to donuts you don't know "if" you want Oversteer or Understeer and or how to achieve it.
If so then you need a cage not a bar.
